"This is my go to place when I'm in Fred. I mean $49 for a weekday rate!! Would like to see a desk clerk more often. I needed to ask them something and I could never find anyone. The rooms are comfortable, and yes, beds are not as soft as mine at home, but the rate is good. I like that it's not close to the noise downtown. The breakfast is more on a continental style. The grounds are beautiful..."

"I don’t usually give reviews, but this one needs a great review. This inn is not a great big inn, but has BIG PLUSES! Cleanliness, hot showers, cold air conditioning, very comfortable beds! And we loved the cost! Also they serve a small breakfast and great coffee. I would compare this to be a mini Hampton Inn, very close to down town. We would definitely come back and stay again."

"A wonderful place to stay when visiting Fredericksburg. The desk hostess was super friendly and check-in was a breeze. The price was wonderful. The room was fine, too- the bed was comfortable, water pressure great, and it had other niceties like ironing board/ iron, hairdryer, microwave, and fride. (No coffee pot, but that was available in the lobby). I gave it a 4 rating instead of 5 because it sounded like people were constantly moving furniture in the room above..."
